Best Family Vacation Vacations: Destination Lake Tahoe?

Best Family Vacation Destination - Lake Tahoe?  According to AOL News, Lake Tahoe has been ranked first in the nation among best vacation destinations by TripAdvisor.com.  Trip Advisor is a travel / social networking site where people can post opinions, comments, and photos about vacation destinations and hotels that they've visited.  Wow!  Lake Tahoe is certainly a nice place, but my favorite place?!  Sorry, Trip Advisor, but my vote for best family vacation destinations goes to Maui, Hawaii.  So, what do you think?  Does Lake Tahoe rank first in your book?  If not, what's your favorite family vacation destination?
