Where to Stay in Costa Rica: New Resorts and Hotels

Costa Rica Resorts:  According to a recent USA Today article, Costa Rica is continuing to grow as a top travel destination by leaps and bounds.  Hotel chains are racing to quench the thirst of eco-conscious travelers.  Joining the very successful Four Seasons Resort will be some other familiar names.  JW Marriott plans to open a Costa Rica resort in 2008, Miraval will open its first resort outside of the USA in 2010, and Mandarin Oriental is planning a hotel for an opening date of 2009.  What a line-up!  Have you visited Costa Rica?  If so, what were some of your favorite things to do in Costa Rica?
